Please read our terms of sale prior to purchase. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.
Overseas Bidders: Payment can only be made via PayPal.
Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.
Our preferred delivery method is via Recorded Delivery, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer.
A receipt is obtained for all items sent by standard first class post (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Feedback: If you have purchased our landing lights please let us know what you thought, we are grateful for any feedback from our customers.
Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition, unworn and with tags or hangers in place. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
